I use a gentle, neurologically based technique developed by Dr. Stephen Kaufman that releases the muscles around the jaw, neck, and head. No cracking. No force. No pain. The technique is called Pain Neutralization Technique (PNT).  I also apply the Lymph Drainage Technique for inflammation and/or stagnant lymph.

Most clients feel relief during the first session, even if:

  • Their night guard isn’t helping
